Warranty Policy

BRCĒ Laces Limited Warranty

Effective Date: September 10, 2026

BRCĒ stands behind the quality and performance of its laces. This Limited Warranty applies to new BRCĒ laces purchased directly from BRCĒ or an authorized BRCĒ retailer.

Who Is Covered

This warranty applies to the original purchaser of the BRCĒ laces and is not transferable. Proof of purchase may be required.

Warranty Period

BRCĒ laces are covered for six months from the original date of purchase.

What Is Covered

BRCĒ warrants that its laces will be free from defects in materials and workmanship when used normally and for their intended application.

Covered defects may include:

  • Premature breakage caused by a material or manufacturing defect
  • Separation or failure of the lace construction
  • Aglet detachment caused by improper manufacturing
  • Significant unraveling or fraying not attributable to normal wear, damaged footwear, or misuse
  • A material defect that prevents the lace from functioning as intended

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, including gradual fraying, fading, surface abrasion, or loss of appearance
  • Damage caused by sharp, damaged, or improperly sized eyelets, hooks, cleats, or other footwear components
  • Damage caused by cutting, burning, chemicals, animals, improper storage, or exposure beyond the lace’s intended use
  • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, alteration, improper installation, or improper lacing
  • Damage caused by excessive force or using the laces for an unintended application
  • Lost, stolen, or misplaced products
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, resale platforms, or other sources where authenticity cannot be verified
  • Cosmetic variations that do not affect the lace’s function
  • Damage to footwear, apparel, equipment, or other property
  • Personal injury or other loss not directly caused by a proven defect in the BRCĒ product

Performance may vary depending on footwear construction, fit, lacing method, activity, usage conditions, and maintenance. This warranty does not guarantee that laces will never loosen, wear, or break, or that using BRCĒ laces will prevent injury.

Warranty Remedy

If BRCĒ determines that a product is covered by this warranty, BRCĒ will, at its discretion:

  • Replace the defective pair with the same product;
  • Replace it with a comparable BRCĒ product if the original product is unavailable; or
  • Provide a refund or store credit equal to the original purchase price.

Replacement products are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or 90 days from the replacement date, whichever is longer.

BRCĒ will cover standard shipping for approved replacement products within the United States. If BRCĒ requires the defective product to be returned, BRCĒ will provide return instructions and, when applicable, a prepaid shipping label.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To submit a claim, contact BRCĒ at support@brce.shop and include:

  1. Your name and contact information;
  2. Your order number, receipt, or other proof of purchase;
  3. The product type, color, and length;
  4. A description of the issue and how it occurred; and
  5. Clear photographs showing the entire pair of laces, the reported defect, and the footwear in which the laces were used.

Claims should be submitted within 30 days after the issue is discovered. BRCĒ may request additional information or require inspection of the product before approving a claim.

BRCĒ reserves the right to deny claims involving suspected fraud, misuse, unauthorized resale, altered products, or insufficient evidence of a covered defect.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BRCĒ’s responsibility under this warranty is limited to the remedies described above.

BRCĒ will not be responsible for incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, possession, use, or inability to use the product. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to you.

Implied Warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, any implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this six-month Limited Warranty.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this limitation may not apply to you.

Your Legal Rights

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary by state.

For purchases made outside the United States, additional or different rights may apply under local consumer-protection laws. Nothing in this warranty limits any rights that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
